Suzuki Hayabusa and GSX1300R, the difference
Prior to 2007 a less powerful version of Suzuki Hayabusa was known as GSX1330R it became very popular because of it’s speed and later the market of the super fast bikes started to grow and lot of competition was seen. When it was released in 1999 it was the fastest bike in that time beating Honda CBR1100XX Super Blackbird, it became so popular they renamed it to Hayabusa, which means Peregrine Falcon.
GSX1300R was the first generation Hayabusa and had a 1300cc engine, in 2008 it’s powere was increased and 2008 Suzuki Hayabusa (second generation) was release, it has a 1340cc engine. It has a top speed of 340 kmph which has been reduced to 299 kmph by adding speed limiters.
